bz-COR nature matt<\/strong><\/h1>\n

This is our varnish that provides a matt finish and a very natural appearance, and is for use on surfaces that are intended for installation INDOORS. The varnish is rich in tones that combine very well with our stop bath bp-COR <\/strong>product, giving a tough coating to the oxidized surface of the corten steel.<\/p>\n

It has excellent adhesion on surfaces where the mill scale has been removed, either by sand-blasting or with our mill scale extractor product dx-COR<\/strong>. It has a fast drying time, although slower than its bz-COR<\/strong> counterpart (satin). At least 2-3 layers are recommended to achieve a very tough coating on the surface.<\/p>\n

VERY IMPORTANT<\/strong>: Please read the product\u2019s Technical Data Sheet and Product Safety Sheet carefully to ensure correct use, to understand both how the product needs to be applied to obtain the desired results and to comply with the relevant safety and environmental protection standards.<\/p>\n

To apply any varnish, it is essential to do so only after having stopped the oxidation process with bp-COR<\/strong> and after having allowed it to dry for at least 48 hours. Depending on the type of varnish, it will also be necessary to apply bz-COR<\/strong> first, in order to create a membrane layer between the treated surface (oxidation + stop bath) and the chosen varnish.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
