bz-COR Polyurethane SAT-EX<\/strong><\/h1>\n

This is a two-component polyurethane varnish in a 10:1 ratio; it is transparent with a medium viscosity and gives very quick drying time between coats. This product provides a high-strength coat for corten steel surfaces that are installed outdoors. It adheres extremely well with the bz-COR<\/strong> membrane varnish, leaving a very smooth and velvety surface<\/p>\n

VERY IMPORTANT<\/strong>: Please read the product\u2019s Technical Data Sheet and Product Safety Sheet carefully to ensure correct use, to understand both how the product needs to be applied to obtain the desired results and to comply with the relevant safety and environmental protection standards.<\/p>\n

Please ensure to use bz-COR POLYURETHANE SAT-EX <\/strong>only with CORTEN steel that has been manufactured by cold-rolling or if used with CORTEN steel that has been made by hot-rolling, it must have been sand-blasted first to remove the MILL SCALE.<\/p>\n

To apply any varnish, it is essential to do so after having stopped the oxidation process using bp-COR<\/strong> and after having allowed it to dry for at least 48 hours. Depending on the type of varnish, it will also be necessary to apply bz-COR<\/strong> first, which acts as a membrane between the treated surface (oxidation + stop bath) and the chosen varnish. In the case of bz-COR POLYURETHANE SAT-EX<\/strong>, always do so after applying bz-COR<\/strong> as a membrane layer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
