LINEACOR COURSES

LINEACOR STANDARD COURSE

Duration 2 days

It is the main course for knowledge of corten steel treatment techniques and processes. Everything related to types of materials, project planning, execution and maintenance will be assimilated. The training includes both theory and practices with materials and products.

Among other subjects, the following will be taught:

– Identification of materials.
– Project execution approaches.
– Phases of the treatments.
– Environmental working conditions.
– Preparation, oxidation, stop …
– Oxidation of non-ferrous materials.
– Protect, maintenance.
– Repair of problems in corten.

LINEACOR EXTENDED COURSE

Duration 3 days

This training includes what is given in the STANDARD course and additionally addresses the treatment of corten steel with varnishes. In this course, all the varnishes available for the protection and finishing of oxidized (or non-oxidized) corten steel will be studied.

In addition to all the knowledge described in the STANDARD surso, we will see:

– Preparation for varnishing.
– When to apply varnishes (Interior / exterior).
– Environmental conditions.
– Varnishes for special uses (Floors, Anti-graffiti, Water-resistant)
– Maintenance.
– Repair of problems in varnished corten.
